My First Blog

Welcome everyone.
This is a new adventure for me and hopefully will be for you too. My goal in doing a blog is to introduce you to ways to expand your awareness on how to get and stay healthy.
Since I am doing some writing for local venues, I thought I might as well share it with the world thru a blog.

In today's world it is getting more and more challenging to stay healthy so I thought maybe we could have a 2-way conversation on tips that can help us all get and stay healthy in all ways, Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally and Physically. They all go together.
One of the ways I will be sharing with you is to recommend books for you to read.
